the hotel room size was great. i enjoyed having a suite charles ferry eiffel tower view room. the eiffel tower view was really something and provided nice scenery.
The service did not meet five star expectations. things i asked for were often forgotten or done improperly. the corridors felt very small though.

the location was central, with access to various attractions. the hotel was clean and orderly.
i found the service lacking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. there were frequent delays in getting assistance from the reception. (i thought the staff seemed overwhelmed).

The location is very nice. It is quite clean. the hotel is a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants along avenue montaigne. the spa was amazing and open till 12 at night, this is a good idea. the bed is super comfortable.
The service was definitely not 5 star, everything that we asked was not done properly or was forgotten. there were no night services and limited breakfast. I also found the small corridors difficult.
